Thanks for your response. My spouse IELTS expired a day after I got my ITA and this affected my eligibility for Express Entry. Though I have the required points, when I check to calculate my scores, I was not eligible for EE. I registered for the first set of IELTS to quickly cover the gap but the test was postponed for logistics reasons. I have checked and could see that I would have exceeded the 60 day period on the date we expect her results. So I am considering the option to decline the ITA to avoid being sanctioned.

Do they give extension for expired ielts? Mine will expire this coming july 28.

Hi guys, anyone knows whether the Nova Provincial nomination can be reassigned to a new EE profile if I decline my ITA? I just saw that I made some mistakes if completing my profile information and considering declining the ITA to start a new profile again..

please I need this help urgently because I have very limited time to decline or continue with the application.
