Hi All,

Outland PNP - AOR of 13 Dec. I got my GCMS notes on 11 June and the comment reads "Recommendation: Officer Review required*****Please review information regarding refusal in notes A11.2. Met R75: Appears to meet R87: Appears to meet R76: All valid ready to finalize.

Later in the notes, i can see the officer has reduced my points from 1039 to 1014 rejecting my 1 year of foreign experience bringing it down to 2 from 3. He has not provided any reason for the rejection. What can I do here? One option I can think of is provide additional documents supporting the 1 year of experience. 2nd option is just to wait as nothing has been communicated to me officially.

I am very stressed and any help / direction will be very helpful

Have you been refused a visa to Canada before? And if you have, did you state that in your application?

Not sure if this is a ghost update? I was on my IRCC account and on the homepage there was written "application updated" then I clicked to see the changes, everything was as usual. I clicked back and it was again on "submitted" status.

@dn3 we have almost identical timeline and status. Should our eligibility check change from passed to valid before visa is ready for approval? GL

I am not sure about that.
In fact, during one of the call with the IRCC agent, I specifically asked which is the final status- Valid or Passed. He confirmed it is 'Passed'. But then, it may be Passed by one junior officer and if the file is routed through another senior officer or other VO, these statuses do get a change over to Valid/Recommended Pass/Passed, etc.

Also can you confirm did u received your SIN number ? if yes how many days it took and what province are u in ?

I got my SIN in one week time.. after applying online same day

Yes, I hope this is temporary or some auto generated update on the profiles because it’s understandable they’re unable to evaluate Outland profiles due to the current situation. And, actually there is no issue with the profiles. Let’s see.

Hello everyone,

My application status changed the other day from "submitted" to "application/profile updated" which I am assuming is a ghost update. I also got an update through web form as below:
The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
o You may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
· The background verifications are currently valid.
· The security background verification is currently valid.
· The criminal background verification is currently valid.
· Your application is currently being processed at the Local immigration office in Montreal, Quebec.
· The medical examination results on file are valid for you.

I thought they only do security and criminal background check after the eligibility requirements are met, but I am seeing my criminal and security is already valid/processed. What does this mean??

Yep Outland. The file said transferred to “LONDON”, and I’m in the UK so I assume it’s the London UK office to issue.

I think IRCC Is not sending COPR or PPR at the moment due to COVID. As soon as the travel restrictions are lifted, everyone will start getting PPR.

just got my GCMS notes (applied on 13 may). AOR 7TH DECEMBER, 2019 it states:

"office: CPC-OTTAWA
Text; **OFFICER REVIEW ** File Reviewed: Eligibility PASSED. Criminality PASSED
A35,A3; NO Indicator/no concerns integrated search completed -nai
all requirements MET. Ready for approval."
it does not say anything about security.
Anyone has the same status as above? What does this mean ? please help!!

I got mine with all assessment passed but it didn't say "ready for approval" it's says file added to COVID group.
