Hello everyone,

I would like to know if my current situation will affect my citizenship application. I switched jobs during my PNP-PR application. I had an open work permit and a PNP with no employer restrictions. My employer was quite slow in providing me with necessary documents so in the mean time I received my CORP so I did my landing without any problems.
While I was filling out my citizenship application I noticed that IRCC requires last 5 years of work history which includes the period when i changed my job. Therefore, I would like some suggestions.

Thank you.

If you did not work in violation of the terms of your work permit then it should not affect your citizenship application.
Thanks your reply...
I had a open work permit and pnp with no restrictions. Should I be worried of misrepresentation?? My new employer wasn't quick enough with providing papers which was totally out my hands. Anyways I'm going to provide accurate employment history in my citizenship application to minimize further problems.
