They are inland applicants. I guess this is a big factor. Too much delay for us outland

Can anyone tell how it will take for PR after medical passed,on my time line I have 30 days left should I expect or it can be delayed? is there advantage for inland applicant at this time of covid ? thanks.

Do I need to get police certificate from Nova Scotia Police office before send documents to CIO and its require basic police certificate or police certificate with finger print. Please advice
