guys, i'm brazilian. i am waiting for the result of the study visa for the city of vancouver. however, the visa center is not working. I would like to know in your country. it's working ?

Visas are being processed, just at a much slower rate due to COVID-19.

here in brazil in the month of may we only had denied visas. and none approved since March.
can you tell if your visa has been approved in your country?
