As per the new guidelines by the IRCC, they are accepting incomplete PGWP applications if your DLI is closed.
While my DLI is operational online, there is in-person campus closure till September and also online processing is relatively slow due to difficulties in coordination. Thus, I’m having difficulty obtaining my final transcript and letter of completion online and my study permit expires soon.
Do I qualify to submit an incomplete PGWP application and explain the aforementioned situation?
