Repitition of Months in Addresses & Non Availability of Dubai Postal Codes

Hi Members,

While completing Question 10 below is the table of my addresses if I put the actual dates (Earlier I have provided the same dates for Renewal of MY PR. But at that time day was also visible in the form so the dates were like :
From 2018-01-18
TO 2018-01-31
but in Citizenship forms only month is visible so at few places month is getting repeated whereas at some places where I moved on last day of month its not.

2018-01	TODAY
2018-01	2018-01
2017-09	2018-01
2016-10	2017-09
2016-06	2016-09

Please let me know if this is fine and there are no gaps between dates. Moreover the Postal Code for some UAE addresses are not available. What should I mention there?

You're thinking too much into it. Put it as is. It's fine to "repeat" a month.
Also, if a postal code is not available, you can always put a n/a there.
