ELIGIBILITY FOR HOME SUPPORT WORKER, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if I'm eligible to apply for Home Support Worker Pilot Program. My education is bachelors in Business Administration. And I wanna start my career as Home support worker. I've found a family to sponsor me. A 42 years old woman needs assistance. But my concern is, can I apply for work permit since I don't have any relevant qualification or experience. My job is related to administration. Should I opt for a short course or training of 3 or 6 months in relevant field. would that be enough or experience is mandatory?

You need training and work experience in actual caregiving.

You need training and work experience in actual caregiving.

If I work at someone's house to provide care to a senor, as a volunteer and along that start training of 3,4 months. is that sufficient?
