Webform response I received in May 20th was:-

• The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirementsunder the immigration program for which you have applied,
  • You may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
• The background verifications are in process.

Thats great mine eligibility is now recommended pass

Agent told me on phone that file has moved go ottawa last to last week and eligibility has got recommended passed but criminality still in process

I am still confused that from last 5 months eligibility not even started and nothing was in my gcms notes and when i called yesterday they said transferred to ottawa and recommended pass
But worried about other things criminality and security
I asked them for bg he told only about criminality
