Anyone submitted their CAQ documents in early April like me? It's been a month and a half now and the online portal doesn't even show a receipt of document message. Can anyone who has applied in recent months and received their CAQ post their timeline so that we can have a reference?
My timeline:
March 27: Acknowledgement of receipt of your application
March 27: Confirmation of payment
March 28: Opening of your file
(April 8: Canada Post confirmed that my documents were delivered)
No updates after that

Edit: I just called them and they confirmed to me that my documents were received on April 8.

they are just giving caq to people who sent their documents in late feb

I received my CAQ last week. To give you a rough timeline:

February 27th : Acknowledgement of receipt of your application
February 27th: Confirmation of payment
February 28th: Opening of your file
March 4th: (Canada Post confirms delivery )
May 13th: Receipt of documents (dated March 5th)
May 15th: Issue of your CAQ for studies

As you can see, it takes a bit longer than normal right now. Best of luck.

yes they said that due to covid-19 they have less staff working on the applications ( i called them April 22)
my documents were received on march 17th and they confirmed it so i think i have to wait about 2 or 3 more weeks

check their page. on the bottom of the page there are the numbers and it also tells you which section your are suppose to talk to

Hi Dear, I have just one question, why how did you know the delivered time of the documents?? Because it all most one month between the opening of the file and the documents delivering. According the the dhl tracking my documents were received on 31 of March m.

I just called them and the agent said that they are currently processing applications submitted in March.
