Dear All,
I submitted my PR application a month ago. Now I'm on P1. I have 2 questions regarding the NOC I picked.
I'm an associate scientist at a Pharma, where I focused on bioanalytical chemistry. When I submitted my application, I picked NOC 2121-Biologist and related scientists. However, I just discovered my job description is more matched with NOC 2112-chemist, which includes biochemistry. In addition, NOC2112 is in the "Exclusion(s)" list of NOC2121.
Both NOC belongs to A skill level. I really don't want get rejected because I've already planned a lot once I get PR card.
I don't have to retreat my application since it's on P1. Do I need to raise a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) immediately and explain this situation? OR, it doesn't matter since they are both in Skill A and VO will decide which NOC that can be used?
Besides, there a employment requirement under NOC-chemist :
Thank you in advance. I appreciate all the possible help and suggestions!
Best regards,

Besides, there a employment requirement under NOC-chemist :
- Licensing by a provincial association of chemists is required in Quebec, and available but voluntary in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
