Alternative of birth certificate

Hi..
I have received ITA though PNP for Saskatchewan. Now i need to upload my documents but i don't have my birth certificate. I contacted to issuing authorities but my birth record is not with them. what should i do???? Can i upload any other document in lieu of birth certificate.

Please help!!!!

Citizenship and Immigration Canada will accept secondary, matriculation, or school leaving certificates as proof of birth. This is provided they have the following: your full name, your date of birth, and the name of your mother, father, or both.
