They should already know about it.Hey I had a question.
MY BCPNP has been in process since 1st May 2019.
I applied for WP extension but it was refused. If I inform IRCC about it, what are they going to do?
Whats gonna happen?
April 8th was when I got the reply that my extension is refused. They should already know about it.
When your last permit expired?
Sorry to hear that. May we know the reason it was refused?April 8th was when I got the reply that my extension is refused.
What is going to happen next?
Do you also provide your provincial nomination? Is there any job restriction on your provincial nomination?it just said that the officer doesnt think I qualify for it. It said “ to qualify you must prove you’re in Canada and your PR application is in process.” Which is odd as I attached the proof with the application.
I did and it does state that My employer is the restaurant named.Do you also provide your provincial nomination? Is there any job restriction on your provincial nomination?
employer is restaurant name should be fine, there is a column record for job restriction. Maybe it's something on it?I did and it does state that My employer is the restaurant named.
anyone with similar case?
know what is the next step for them?
No, I did upfront medical, lol. IRCC almost stops everything for PNP.Hi Jason,
Wow!! By looking at your signature, did you get MR on May? Is your file in Sydney ?
What is your timeline?Okay. That is great!. I am planning to do it if i don't get MR by the end of June as it is going to be one year.
Did you apply for BOWP or Closed Work Permit?it just said that the officer doesnt think I qualify for it. It said “ to qualify you must prove you’re in Canada and your PR application is in process.” Which is odd as I attached the proof with the application.
no you need to extend for just yourself because your PR would be ready before her work permit expires.Hi everyone,
I hope you are well and safe.
My Permanent Residency (PNP - no express entry - inland) application still in progress. The bar shows a 26% completion.
The PR completion date is June 2021 and my PGWP expires on February 2021. I just wanted to ask a question regarding extending my PGWP.
I know that I can extend my PGWP with a support letter from BC PNP. However, someone mentioned that I can get an extension of my partner's PGWP.
We are in common-law, she included on the PR application but her PGWP expires on April 2022.
I would like to know if that is possible.
thanks,
