As a part of my PR application, I received a request to submit my passport and have done so a month ago. Does anyone have any idea of how long it would take given the current situation for me to hear back? Also what are next steps after receiving my passport.

Hello Folks, I have a situation. I recived my CoPR which is expiring in 18 days. Tried calling CIC call center but they are unable to transfer my call ... Used webform and got reply saying we have cancelled all the Landing appointments ...

They should have sent us with a 2 3 month long COPR not for like 22 days...

What are my options here now? Can somebody suggest?

I sent email to cic today. Thinking to send anither 2 emails. 1 to ottawa and 2nd to Etobicoke. Is it okay to send 2 emails?

Should be fine. My wife's landing was sucessfully done through Etobicoke: CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca

ya, emailed them last week, a few days later the online statues updated to 'complete' and "You entered Canada at the Etobicoke IRCC office on May 29, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident."
