The offices are closed and so there is no point in calling them, just be patient and wait since the pandemic caused chaos around the world, i believe everything will be back to normal by Sept or early Allah knows .!!!

Go to the following link:
https://irb-cisr.gc.ca/en/contact/Pages/index.aspx#contact-overlay

Then go to the bottom of the page and click on a link called "This form", a window will pop up and you will be able to submit your question to IRB. I did and they replied to me in a week time. Good luck.
