How should I ask HR or potential employer for cooperation when applying BC PNP? Help please.

Hi,

I'm a new grad applying for jobs with PGWP now

and I was wondering if it's better to just tell them upfront that I might apply for BC PNP and that I will need their cooperation later,

or wait until my probation is over and politely ask them?

I just don't have any idea how this generally works.

How do you go about telling them about your Immigration plan without hurting your chance?

Of course you should not be telling a prospective employer that they are going to "need to cooperate" with your future immigration plans. If and when you are ready to apply, ASK the employer at that time.

I see. Although It might be okay to give them some sort of heads up I guess.
For example, telling them that I can work for 3 years without sponsorship, but after then with their support, I can apply for PR or something.
Or would you advise absolutely not telling them about this initially?
