CANADA POST LOST MY PASSPORT AND COPR, HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hi Guys,

Canada Post lost my passport and COPR. My passport was stamped by CPC ottawa ON 13th May,2020 and sent back to me. When I am tracking my mail, Canada post's website is saying it has been delivered on the 26th may,2020. Unfortunately, I never received it. I am really worried. I contacted Canada post and they are not helping much, they are not even confirming the address. The tracking info says it has been delivered in the community mailbox but its not there.

Please advice me what should i do.

You have the right to demand an explanation from Canada post, please follow up with them, I hope you will get it.

Contact Canada Post and also, sometimes, they put it in nearby box by mistake. I once found mail of my neighbour in my mailbox. So you can check with your neighbours or put a sticky as an additional step.

Canada post lost my COPR in March despite the tracking page saying it was delivered.

I've contacted them via the online chat and it took them a week to figure out that they delivered it to the condo next door.

Contact them ASAP.

Hi, I just read your post and was wondering that were you able to find your passport and what happened? I have send my passport with CP and worried now. Please tell me what happened.

Yes I found my Passport. I was asking in the neighbor and suddenly i saw the post lady, I asked her to check it in the community mail box if she has put my mail in someone else's mailbox accidentally. She checked it and said its already in my mailbox. It was there. I don't know what happened, may be she did accidentally put my mail in someone else's. Anyways, I got my passport and after about a month I sent a WEB query to CIC to ask what should I do to get my landing done. Before they reply to my web query I received an email from CIC-QUE-Pre-Landing, they confirmed my PR and sent me a letter stating that I can apply for PR card and I am also eligible for other government services such as health card and SIN.
