Hello,
I am inland applicant and below is my timeline
ITA - 2nd Oct
AOR - 19 Oct
MEP - 15 Nov

No update till March
then Mar 11 - request to submit Schedule A(Background/Declaration)
I did the very next day and there is No update since then. Even the status of ‘ Review additional Docs is still - The additional docs you provided have been uploaded. Not even being reviewed.

My brief background - I applied from Quebec with the intent to move outside and I did even before the tentative plan and working outside of Quebec now.

Is there anyone waiting to hear from them after submitting additional docs? If yes, did status update after submitting additional docs?

Nothing so far. Even the status did not change to ‘reviewing additional documents provided’ More than 3 months since ADR submitted and more than 7 months since application submitted.

In my case it's been almost 17monthe since app received. And I'm still not done review eligibility. I'm assuming that it can take another 12months after application gets transferred. Now with covid everything is very slow.

What?? 17 months already passed? Are you inland or outland? What program of express entry u applied in? Your documents like ielts, medical and police report must be expired or expiring soon.

Yeah. I'm in famil class. Im sponsoring my wife and shes in Afghanistan. No new medical, no pre arrival yett. I give my second police certificate but just medical expired. It's a nasty process. It's hard for me to go to work, and I'm a outland application

The family class usually takes time. I am applied in CEC, usually processed in 6 months or less. Not sure but they are processing inland applicants now. So, you have to probably wait some time.

Why are they doing that? Outland is more important, like people who have spouses in overseas have waited longer than inland applicants. There are some ppl who havent heard anything since last year for outland. I dont want to wait anymore. Life turned into hell when my wife papers went to london visa office. The worst mistake. Process is very slow. Asking too many additional docs. It's been horrible in this visa office. Like come on speed it up already

Yeah I can understand what you are going through. Its not a simple process specially for outland applicants. The ones outside within their country don’t have to renew their status to live whereas inland applicants have to. Your life fluctuates until you get the decision on the application. Its better don’t overthink and let the process happen on its own. Our constant thinking won’t change their processing times rather it will make us frustrated. Take it easy and try to get the current status from gcms notes. You would get idea how long more it will take.
