I was refused us visit visa when i got pr but was using travel document they were not satisfied ill go back now if I travel on canadian passport to usa will that be an issue

Do dont need a visa to visit US if you have a valid canadian passport. If the border agent asks you why were you not granted visa some time back you can tell them simply that the officer was not satisfied.
Nobody is guaranteed admission to the US. When you’re a Canadian citizen you can still be asked why you’re going to the US, how much funds you have, whether you’re employed, etc.
