I got update from Calgary LVO on Jan 21 (ADR). My ECA changed back from
“Application received” to “in process” on Feb 4th after submitting the documents requested.
Been waiting since then.

it changed to “application received” in August 2019 when it was transferred to Calgary LVO.
Then its changed back to “in process” in Feb 4, 2020 after I submitted ADR that was requested in Jan 21, 2020.

LVo calagry , Usually people were getting PR by 22 months , Now according to trend it looks like 26 Months , I have done everything MP office , GCMS ...Its just wait what we can do.
