did you get the passport Request letter email? once you receive that email, it will have instructions on sending your passport etc to the embassy. the embassy will process your PRV and send your passport alongwith two COPR documents by post.

My profile already says ' approved'. and CoPR document number already in profile. No PPR. No other email for instruction for further process. Raised a webform. now waiting for response.
CiC is not following nomal process of sending PPR for inland applicants. For some inland guys CIC just requested photographs directly to process PR card.

ideally you're supposed to receive an email in your registered email ID. that is required as you need to present a copy of it to the embassy for your passport stamping. check your spam, wait a few days or see if anyone else who received approval recently had the same situation.
From what I learn your profile changed to approved after you sent passport and they stamp the visa and generete copr. Mine has already changed to approved. It means they already Printed COPR documents. because I have copr document number listed in my cic account.
One guy from another thread got COPR in mail.
waiting for the mail now.
Thanks

aah see would have been helpful if you had mentioned inland applicant in your original inquiry. process for inland is different and especially now since they have changed the appointments from in person to telephone.

Hi, I'm a PNP inland and today I got an email from IRCC Kitchner that reads

I am pleased to advise you that your application for permanent residence in Canada is now complete. Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada!

This letter constitutes an official document issued by the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. You can provide a copy of this letter to prove that you are a permanent resident of Canada and to apply for government benefits and services for which you are eligible, until you receive your permanent resident card.

This letter does not replace the permanent resident card; you are still required to submit the documentation to obtain your permanent resident card. If you have a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) document in-hand, please send it along with one photo that meets our photo specifications to the address listed above. Please ensure that you write your unique client identifier (UCI) and name on the back of the photo. If your address has changed, please provide us with your current address.

I've never received CoPR or PPR on my account. I got this e-mail directly.

Based on what the e-mail says, I should only send a CoPR if I have one, otherwise I assume I should just print this e-mail and send them the photo, is that right?

Have you checked your (Junk) Spam folder? I remember my study permit message ending up there once.
