Hi, I am currently holding a three-year PGWP and have a job in Canada. My boyfriend(Canadian citizen) will graduate and look for a job early 2021. I am wondering in case he lands in the US or Europe next year, is it still valid for me to continue working for my current employer (conditional on that they agree with me working from home most of the time)? If yes, then all I need to do is to get proper working visa according to the local law? Another thing is we have filed family sponsorship in April, will the situation be different in case the Permanent residence applciation is approved before leaving Canada for a different country? Thanks a lot!

Entirely up to your employer. Canada doesn't care if you are outside the country working for a Canadian employer.

If your sponsor moves out of Canada before the PR app is approved, it will be refused. The sponsor is required to show that they are living in Canada or planning to live in Canada as soon as the app is approved.
