Photo request for visa after PPR

I received the following link after PPR requesting passport and photo.

From the above file:
The name and complete address of the photo studio as well as the date the photo was taken must be included on the back of one photo. The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable.

The photo with the photographer’s information must include your name and date of birth. One photo should be left blank.

Question
I have only heard of writing the date on the back. Do we really have to provide the information of the photographer/photo-studio who took this picture? I have taken picture some months ago, and have no details regarding the photographer.

The photos have to be no more than 6 months old, and I would follow instructions to the letter, so maybe it's time to get some new photos.

One of my photos is stamped with appropriate information. I wrote my name and dated the back of the second one. Do I need to redo the photos, and leave one of them blank? Or will it be fine as is? Thanks

redo it exactly as instructed. most studios are aware of the PR photo requirements. better to get it right the first time than unnecessary delay if re requested for new photos by CiC
