PLAESE, I NEED MORE CLARIFICATION ABOUT IFHP - Interim Federal Health Program

Hi my good people,
Please, i have issue about this IFHP - Interim Federal Health Program. I need more clarification about it. I have paid for my permanent Residence for about four months now but am now receiving a message to apply for Interim Federal Health Program or i delete it. Am confused because am not a Refugee. This is second times that i will receive this message. Please my good people, i need your advise. Should i delete it from my account?

4 months since you paid for PR, Sorry but you should have applied, you don't just pay for it.

I'm just guessing here because your post provides almost no details and it's so poorly written its hard to understand.

I mean i was asked to pay Permanent Resident in which i have done for 4 months ago. i was sent a message later that i should apply for IFHP or i delete it if the message is not for me according to them. I did finding about IFHP and i was told that IFHP is for Refugee. This message have sent to me now two times. what should i do?

You were already told to disregard the message months ago. You are not a refugee.
