Can anybody suggest me to go for 1 year post graduate diploma or 2 years pg diploma? Because I want to get PGWP. I am much concern about PGWP duration to find jobs..

I don't know if I can find jobs easily in 1 year in Software Testing field in Canada. Can anybody suggest me whether I am taking risk or not?

Still i need to go through FSW or CEC? Because my points are already low as 350. After 3 years it will be lesser by my age and may be around 350 with Canadian experience too. So please advice accordingly. Is there any other program that can lead PR easily?

PNP is an ideal for inland applicants? Because its 50-50 for out lander.. not sure about people who already in Canada

If you want to apply for PR, then you should take a 2 year program so that you qualify for a 3 year PGWP. If you only take a 1 year program and only have a 1 year PGWP, your chances of getting PR will be much much lower and yes, you will be taking a big risk. Many people come here and only take a 1 year program - and then cannot get a full year of Canadian work experience just with a 1 year PGWP. No, do not assume that it will be easy to find a testing job. It might take you a few months to find a skilled job after you finish your studies. If you only have a 1 year PGWP and it takes you a few months to find a job, then you won't be able to get a year of Canadian work experience.

A one year program is a bad plan.

As long as that work experience is gained after you complete your studies, yes.

Are you sure about it? I have seen some threads as, experience on PGWP cannot claim 50 points and it should be a job offer with LMIA..
You are confusing two completely different things.

You can claim points for having Canadian work experience as long as you worked for at least one year full time after you completed your studies and applied for a PGWP.

If you want to claim the 50 points for having a job offer, you need an approved LMIA from your employer.

Claiming points for work experience and claiming points for a job offer are two completely different things.
