You can definitely enter through the US border so long as you can travel to the US (covid). File H&C for what?

H&C to retain PR? Slim to none. Your story does not show any H&C considerations.

To fly directly to Canada you need to apply for PRTD.

You can also fly to the US if you have a US visa and then cross to Canada by land border. If reported, you will mostl likely lose PR. If not reported, do not leave for 2 years and apply to renew your PR card.
Can u please explain to me the reporting process and also if I need to renew they would need which all documents to submit
And even will they notice the invalid pr card and report me?

Honest question, was this a typo or is there some deeper meaning to this comment?
Cannot really speak for Canuck but think the typo was emphasise that having a US visa is not relevant to whether you can enter Canada or not via land border. Also note that of course having a US visa is not a guarantee to enter the US especially if arriving on a one way ticket into the US for example, need to show a US exit plan.

CBSA doesn’t allow representatives to enter the landing area. There is no sure fire method of not being reported. Either you enter without issue or you get reported. It’s a chance you take upon entry if you are not compliant. Every time you enter until you are compliant.

Of course they will notice that your PR card is not valid. That is pretty much a given. Whether you are reported is hard for us to predict. Given that you moved to Hungary to pursue your undergrad you could have easily come to Canada instead. You have had very little ties to Canada for over a decade and your father seems to have come to Canada through ICT and once your family got PR they seem to have left. Many people were returning to Canada claiming they were removed as a minor against their will with very little connection to Canada To Canada. It was being used as a technique to secure domestic tuition for children so Canada stopped approving everyone who applied. Many families spent very little time in Canada as PRs.
