Hi, I submitted my documents for PR yesterday under CEC. I am legally separated from my spouse since 3 yearsa and have submitted divorce application, Notarized affidavit along with clarification letter from my family lawyer as a proof. Will IRCC still ask me for more proof ?Will it effect on my processing time ?
I did not mention his details in family details , as i dont have any contact info, as we been not talking since 2 years no contact.. will it cause a problem in my application?
any help would be appreciated

Possibly no but IRCC has right to ask for more proof if they are not satisfied with the proof already provided.

Will it effect on my processing time ?

if more proof is asked then may be.
