Need a advise on immigration to canada from india

I have completed my B.com last year. Then i switched to IT job. Currently i am working as a Web developer in a company for last 6 months in Bangalore, India. I wish to immigrate to Canada for pr and to get a job there. It would be helpful if someone can tell a right way to get into Canada through Express Entry, PNP, AIPP etc.. I wish to start my process after i complete one year of experience .

There are a number of minimum requirements for Express Entry including at least a year of work experience and having completed a language test. You should dedicate time to reading through the link provided above about Express Entry to familiarize yourself with the requirements.
