Optional Document not visible

I uploaded an optional document basically Letter of Explanation on IRCC, but now when I check my application. It is not visible.

No, I raised a webform about the issue and received a reply that completely ignored what I asked with no mention of my additional documents.

I attached it to a webform also and IRCC said they would pass it on. I presume it went through ok as I now have PR.
If you are in the same situation you should probably send it with a webform also.

I have send it through the webform and they have also confirmed that they have received it.i am a study visa applicant

I didn't submit my optional documents since i didn't get a mail from them
