Nope, all other provinces have moved to CEC candidates and Ontario was the last one to do it, right now people without Canadian experience are not receiving invites anywhere, some of the provinces have even announced this like Alberta.

Add me also (who are waiting for a FSW OINP tech draw). I missed the Jan 15 NOI, and waiting eversince after improving my score by 3 points. Currently I have 462 (NOC 2173) and can increase the score further only by just 3 points (through another IELTS test which is suspended in United States). Anayway, I am not motivated to sit for another IELTS for aother 3 points since there is no guarantee that it will help me to secure an ITA. I feel like I am chasing my own shadow. I really hope for a tech draw in June-August which include FSW folks like me in 462 range.
If you can, retake IELTS and try to max out, if FSW draws resume in June, 465 will have a real good chance to get direct ITA as IELTS and ECA are slowed down, 462 should be good enough for the Tech draw.

That's how you take a next to perfect NOI screenshot:
Open the interest letter
Ctrl + P
Save as PDF in landscape mode.
Around 6-8 pages would get saved which will include your express entry dashboard as well.
Change the scale accordingly by selecting more options and make sure the date is reflecting along with year!

What do you mean it meant nothing? You were not able to get it evaluated by WES? Are you a Charter-holder or have you just passed the exams?

I have a question regarding OINP e-Filing Portal procedure.
It says: "Make sure the copy of the NOI includes the date we sent it to your IRCC account" does anyone knows how to do that ? in the print out version, there is no date shown ! can we just print it, write on it the date with a pen and scan it??

I can help you with this. Open your NOI letter. click command + press 'P'. Hit the save as PDF and you can upload it on your OINP portal.
Hi i want advise. My crs is 427 and noc 7246. I am waiting for Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream draw. Is there chance in near future because there was a targeted draw last month as my work permit is getting expired soon. Thanks in advance
