do we get only 30 points for masters in canada or our core/human capitol factors points also increase?

Hi everyone, I'm facing the same issue. I've finished my master's in 1 full academic year and 1 semester ( 4 semesters but entered 1 for Complete/full academic years). For the level of education chose master's degree and answered no to all the last three questions, but I didn't get the 30 points. Is it because the 1 academic year or something else?

I studied in a college (1 yr diploma program)in Ontario province in 2004-2005 ,but i am unable to claim that diploma in Express entry now as I can't find college or DLI #.

Iam losing 15 point ,which is very crucial now

Any suggestion or help appreciated.
