Hi all,
Here is my timeline.
Application Received by Sydney, NS on 2-July-2019
Biometrics completed on 24-September-2019
Medical Completed on 20-December-2019.
Nothing since then!!
I contacted Amman in April and got a generic reply saying that COVID19 will impact processing timelines but no idea how far.
I am sponsoring my wife. She lives in Damascus, Syria.
It has been 10.5 months. I was planning to travel to Canada in July-2020 but that seems impossible now.
Anybody applied like me in June/July/Aug last year and got the visa?
For people in Syria, how did you send your passport to the embassy in Amman? which courier service did you use? Did you use a taxi?

I am a June applicant and no visa yet. Last update was that my file went to Amman
