January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Gd news they r working lot of my friend got email confirmation of pr. Now they dnt send passport request and u cannot go to border. So after DM they send u email which confirms u r permanent residence and u need to send ur pic and. U get pr card. Lot of friends got today this email who applied from alberta and ontario in pnp oinp paper based or spouse.
The thing is they r working and it depend on ur officer also. But now less staff. Now feb and march will email soon and rest depend on ur officer who has that file

Do you know what their timeline is?

Progress bar disappeared from my GCKey timeline ....98% was completed till yesterday and 11 days were remaining.

that is good news. But share their timeline please. I am also ar march, aor may oinp applicant. Waiting for dm

when did they get dm? Before 16 march or after lockdown ?

These are just my suspicions:

"If you submitted your application, but don’t see the progress bar, it’s because we haven’t started processing your application yet"
I know that it's under EE but I'm worried that some application processing was just put on hold(something like we cannot continue processing at this time). And that's why some ppl sees their bar and some don't.

So seeing progress bar might be good thing.

My AOR is March 13, 2020 and progress was 15% and now my progress bar too disappeared

My progress was 75% two days ago when I saw progress bar for last time.
My point was if progress bar was visible and it's not anymore that may mean something fishy is happening to applications where progress is not shown.

Majority of applicants from 2019 and 2020 are experiencing the same issue !

Yes I am an outlander. I am done with Police clearance and biometric but waiting for medical request
