Do you know if I can submit scanned copy of PCC because I cant get original copy ?

Iam stuck with pcc too. I had to reschedule my appointment thrice due to covid19. How did you get the scanned copy without original?

I have Original copy and I was planning to get by courier but I can get it now that's I am going to put scanned copy.

If you want to apply without PCC you can do it.
Check on www.canada.ca , they have mentioned that If you are submitting file with missing documents they will still accept it but you have to provide explanation about the reason
