I recently complete one year work experience as a food service supervisor (noc 6311) here in Calgary and I have applied for Express Entry on March 31st. My CRS is 370. I'll do another celpip exam soon and I Hope I can get a better score to increase my CRS. I was wondering if I get a NOI from Alberta and send all documents to them and then I get a invitation from Express Entry is possible to get before the PR even if I have sent my documents to be assessed by the Alberta government?

I was before, I had studied in Toronto, but now I am living in Calgary almost two years, I am holding an owp (my wife is studying here).
