If you are accepted and become PR, you MAY be able to sponsor parents if that program still exists. You CANNOT sponsor your siblings on their own.

You can also try to find a group of 5 to sponsor your siblings through private sponsorship. I can be difficult to find sponsors and many wait on a list. Would focus on trying to get your claim accepted first.
