Urgent help, as my original documents i sent to IRCC processing center has misplaced them.

Dear friends, please I need advice, I have been waiting for 6months just to get an AOR from immigration, I keep sending web form in regards to my application and I consulted my MP, immigration responded and asked me to resubmit an other application, pls can I send the copies of the old application or fill a new form.
Am very worry, so is it going to take effect from the date we submit the new application or it will be processed by the date of the old application.
Please I need a serious advice.

You need to call IRCC to find out and provide what they need.
