Study plan and academic progression- Refusal

Study permit was rejected and plan to reapply. Can someone explain what this means: Study plan does not reflect logical academic progression. I am not satisfied that you are a genuine student whose intent is to study. How I can solve this issue when I reapply again.I got Bachelor in computer Sciences and wants to do Master of Education, with over 8 years of teaching experience.
