I didn’t applied my co-op permit with the extension.

No i only applied for study permit extension as my study is still pending idk what is taking soo long. I think i will try calling them early morning.

I log into my account and saw application/profile updated, but I checked and nothing has happened!

I also log out and log in again, saw it is still submitted which looks weird.

That means they approved your application on their side and you should be able to see it by tomorrow most probably.

UPDATE: I got my approval today for the SP Extension. I applied on November 27, 2019.
Date of Review of eligibility was May 8, 2020. I got my approval today. It took them only 4 days.
