It is very confusing, I invited on July 17th and got doc request on September

My file was one among the 18000 files which were cancelled in the old system. However, got invited under arrima in july and applied to mon project in August with a file no of A0000000666
Doc request: March 5th
Desicion: still pending

I sent my application for federal after getting CSQ.. The application was sent by courier .. The courier told me that the application received in Canada by 1 April.. however it’s not in the system yet.. is this normal pleas?

It's normal, I think now it takes almost one year to receive the AOR inside the system...

[AOR] Acknowledgement of Receipt.

If means your application has been received by the visa post. Once you get it, you also get a file #. Then you have to wait for further instructions from the visa post (medical, decision, interview etc).
