Decision made status while CoV-19 on the run

Any of you guys received status update this March 2020 on-wards with their family class application for PR? my brother and his family already have Decision made in his application status since Jan 2020, but still have not received any other update after then. please help

If they got DM back in January, they should have heard something months ago before anything to do with COVID-19. Have they not done anything about it?

I received DM on March 11, 2020 but absolutely no word since to indicate what the decision is.
