i think it would be a much longer processing time than before(at least 6 months for pr stream)because of coronavirus. just think about how they can give a “positive” assessment to employ a foreign labour when tons of locals couldnt even find a low-wage job. sometimes no news is good news, unless u are able to 100% prove to esdc that u are indispensable in current labour market.

If the person is working in same company employer is wanted to hire her with the LMIA applying in land I don't see any problem if the company is no laid off then what is the problem getting a positive LMIA????

Given the unemployment rate across the country, that is highly likely. They can’t give foreign workers jobs with so many canadian residents unemployed.

This is inland applicant and there is no laid off
You're misunderstanding.

Due to COVID-19, there are a high number of lay offs across the country and a lot more people looking for work. This is a very difficult time for an employer to prove they have to hire a foreign worker for the role and can't find a Canadian to fill the position.
