Strong Ties to Home Country

Hi, I am in Ghana and my husband is in Germany also studying. I am currently applying for Canada study permit and I am afraid because my husband is not in Ghana, I will not be able to show strong ties to Ghana. Any recommendations and personal stories would be greatly appreciated thank you.

You can show ties if you have a kid you’re leaving behind, properties you’ve back home, a job offer in Ghana after studies, Younger siblings and Older parents to take care of, a tie to the community as a ranking member etc
