PCC india from toronto or Brampton BLS

That i am not pretty sure, as i didn't track every day. But above are my timelines.
Hi all,
I am applying for PCC. I have filled the form and all other documents are ready.
I have few questions, what address(BLS) should I send mail to? I can see that drop off and pickup is not possible now?
Also, do I need to put a prepaid courier mail cover in my main mail?
Do I need to send any extra fee for postal Service except $44.4?

Infact I am right now stranded in the same situation. The PCC application got delivered on 29th April but while tracking online, it shows "NO RECORDS". I am really frustrated at the quality of service these guys are doing right now.
The best time is to call them between 8:30 am to 9 am. They are definitely going to respond. Mine worked the same way for booking pickups.

One more question -> so steps go like this -> 1) I have to call them to make a booking then what? I'm so confused about the process.
Basically you need to prepare a money order from Canada post for value $44.4 (exact amount will be confirmed by them), get your docs ready- passport biodata pages, work permit, photo as per specification mentioned in bls website, and thee signed PCC application form. Rest they will explain in the call like payment link.

You can buy shipping label from purolator for sending to BLS. Address where to send already mentioned on https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/page/police-clearance/
Address: Unit 202, 10 Gillingham Drive, Brampton, ON L6X 5A5, Canada
For return label, you can buy from BLS VAS section by yourself, you will get a payment link. Once payment done you can download the reciept which you can send it with your application. Pls make sure you write Order number and passport number on the reciept. Return label you do not have to send it , they just need the details of your payment transaction number and passport number. They will generate label once pcc is ready to send the document to you.
Additinally, you can send out email to them with all details to qc.ca@blsinternational.net and cccanada@blsinternational.net .

HiHere are the timelines
Purolator pickup of documents (Self + Spouse) - Apr 2nd
Document delivered to BLS - Apr 3rd
Tracking enabled on BLS website after 5 days
PCC dispatched by Purolator from BLS - Apr 17th
Received at home - Apr 24th [Delayed with Purolator]
Even after all these, my spouse's PCC came without the Stamp. It only had Signed. (Only two things some one needs to do on the printed PCC document is Stamp and Sign, but Alas our guys forgot to do one of it)
BLS said they can't help with stamp and told me to contact CGI directly. (Worst support from BLS, when all the processing was done by them)
I called CGI, Toronto on Apr 27th Monday, and to my luck, CGI works indoor (no counters) on one day of the week and that was on Monday. They told me come there directly to get it stamped. I went there straight away and got it stamped.
All this drama which usually takes 3-4 hours in normal times, but we are in Covid times. Patience
I need your help to apply for PCC for my self and my wife.
Did you make separate BLS postal order $44.40 for your and your wife or make only one postal order for you both?
Did you pay a separate courier charge for you and your wife?
Did you include a return courier charge with your postal order charge?
