My mother got her pr through my grandparents ( her parents ) sponsoring her , she was the only one that was sponsored because I was already in usa.
I wasnt medically examined with her because I had a american green card .

And my other question is I'm i able to go apply for humanitarian refugee at the border right now since i have no one here and i need my family in Canada or would i be denied since i have a failed refugee claim and i was deported. Can they send me back to usa if I try going in again??
How did her parents sponsor her because it sounds like she had a sister in Canada. Had she returned to Syria? If you were not medically examined your mother doesn’t qualify to sponsor you.
I'm not quite sure how she got exactly sponsored but my aunt sponsored my grandparents and somehow they ended up sponsoring my mom. I was medically examined when we got the visa for united states , and I was also medically examined when i applied for refugee i had to go do a medical exam within 15 days .
Was your mother in Syria when she was sponsored with your grandparents? Did you do a medical when your mother did her medical for sponsorship to Canada? Your mother would have had to state her dependents at that time and had them do a medical then.
So basically we had one visa to america all of us then my parents divorced, so my dad cancelled my mom out of the american visa ( because his sister was the sponsor) . My mom was left by herself in Syria, then my grandparents got sponsored by my aunt and my aunt somehow brought my mom with sponsorship but I'm not sure how. So basically I never needed to take medical exam with my mom as I was already in an american sponsorship
The TRP can take several months to process. You should send in your application as soon as possible.
No - you certainly cannot apply for humanitarian refugee status at the border. Your refugee claim has already been denied. Yes, they will send you back to the U.S. if you try something like this.
At this point the TRP is your only option if you want to be able to enter Canada soon.
It doesn't matter that you were in an american sponsorship. As part of your mother's application for Canadian PR, you would have been required to complete a medical. This is mandatory. If you did not complete a medical as part of your mother's application for Canadian PR, then she cannot sponsor you for Canadian PR now.
My mom is a caregiver now she has a good paying job making 20$ an hour full time. she stopped taking help from the goverment for the past 2 years. We have a lawyer but I believe he is phony but hes my only hope as my paperwork are all with him and he recently supposedly filed the application and now hes waiting for the file number. So I wanted to ask is it too late or does it still count since I sent the application before I turn 22 which is coming august 1
The issue is that your mother didn’t include you when she was sponsored as a refugee so now she doesn’t qualify to sponsor you.
Do u mean I had to do medical exam when we filled the sponsorship for me or I had to do a medical exam when my mom got sponsored ??
That matters if the kids are in united states ?? she most likely listed that she has kids but how does that require us to do medical if were out of canada and already did medical for american visa ?

No. It doesn't matter where you are. Canada and the U.S. are two completely separate countries. It was mandatory that you complete a medical when your mother was sponsored for PR to Canada.
