Points for certificate of Qualification

Hey,
I have a question if i get 50 points for certificate of Qualification within my situation?
I have one year of experience in NOC B(retail Sales supervisor) and I can get trade certificate for water operator as i studied in water and wastewater operator program.
So if i am currently not working in that trade field but if i have certificate, do i still get 50 points?

To the best of my knowledge, we've never seen someone here successfully claim 50 points for this certificate on this forum. So probably safe to assume the answer is no.

But do you know if i have government issued trade certificate and if i am not working in that field. Can i get points for that or no? I am eligible in CEC.
