Non accompanying spouse medical. Help!!!

I have a question regarding the non accompanying spouse medical.
I applied for express entry and got invitation on April 9.
I mentioned my spouse as non accompanying, ( he is in,India),but I understand that he has to get his medical done.
Medical professional in India is asking him for a reference number.
I am not sure which number to provide him with.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

You could also wait until medical is requested.

I am living in canada, I have PGWP and my wife on OWP and my CRS is 426 under Canadian experience class with Spouse And without spouse my CRS is 451.

Hello My question if I apply without spouse,what kind of reason I can give in explanation?

Is this good idea to go without spouse in express entry?
