Planes between Hong Kong and Canada is still operating but reduced flights.
HKG airport suspended all transfer service from March 25 and it will not allow passengers to transit in HK to Canada (or any other countries) until further notice. Mainland China passengers cannot go through that route to Canada except local HongKong residents.

I am wondering what documents you will need to make a landing besides Passport stamps /COPR is there list items to refer to? I guess you would need a list of all things you are bringing in to Canada, as well how much money, things like that I am just looking at any legal documents the immigration officer would ask for. Thanks All.

That is interesting. I thought all mainlanders who enter HK through land are allowed but will be under 14-day quarantine policy.

Delta also have flightS in June, I have a reservation for 14 --> 20 June.
But, the big question.... what will happen between now and June.
I just heard that US embassies/consulates will not issue any student visa to all international university students for this fall semester. They will have to stay at home today to attend online study. Not sure about if they would issue any transit visa.

I wonder if immigration officers at the airport will let family sponsored people through even if they received their COPR after March 18 2020 for landing, because in that mass email they sent out from IRCC saying that we shouldn't make plans to travel if were approved for PR after that date of March 18 its so confusing because I heard people have send emails back to the ircc saying that they couldn't make landing because of the restrictions and they were turned around at the airport and they ask for extension for their COPR do to expiry date of the COPR and were denied by the IRCC saying that it is not a valid reason as the borders are still open.
