Does CEC qualifies if spouse is the one with canadian experience

I have a valid express entry profile under the FSW stream. I have a question, If I add for my spouse a one year canadian work experience, will it qualify for the CEC stream? I am the principal applicant.

It has to be the main applicant, that why it is the main applicant.
It's the main applicant who MUST meet minimum entry criteria for the different streams of EE.
