Hi:

I would like to know is there any possibility to get job and get settled In Canada with Tourist visa?

Thanks
You should assume it will not be possible. To qualify to apply for a work permit, you need to find a job offer and your employer needs to get an approved LMIA. The LMIA often takes 4-6 months to complete and the employer has to prove no Canadian could be hired for the role. Even before COVID-19, it was extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through this process. The chances will be even lower now given impacts to the job market and how many people here are looking for work.

There isn't one. Having a tourist visa gives you no advantages for being able to remain in Canada permanently.

If you want to move to Canada permanently, you will need to qualify and apply for PR through one of Canada's economic immigration streams like Express Entry based on your level of education, work experience, age, language abilities, funds available to cover your settlement in Canada and other factors. You can read about the Express Entry program here:

Just to add - if an agent is telling you that there is an easy process for coming to Canada on a TRV and then converting this to a work permit, this is a scam. There is no such process.

Yes as @scylla rightfully said, you cannot work with TRV. You need to get a Work Permit or a PR. If anyone says otherwise then its daylight robbery. Be smart and do some research.

Would add that if you were born in 1971 it will be very hard to qualify for PR. The system is built to prioritize the young and skilled.
